We’re now looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead and elevate project delivery across our Microsoft business.
The Role
As Project Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the pillar’s project delivery function, providing leadership, oversight and strategic direction across a portfolio of complex projects.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, the PMO and Consulting teams to ensure projects are governed effectively, risks are managed proactively, and customers receive exceptional outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining portfolio oversight with senior project management delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful implementation of large Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, responsibilities, services and deliverables
- Provide coaching, guidance and leadership to Project Managers
- Run regular project reviews, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are identified early
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools and processes
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex project challenges
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, quality and risk management across all projects
- Personally manage a small number of senior‑level projects
About You
You’re a confident, pragmatic leader who thrives in complex delivery environments and enjoys developing others.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager, or 3+ years at Programme/Portfolio level
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Experience with delivering CRM projects or similar
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive delivery excellence
- Excellent communication, judgement and problem‑solving skills
- A calm, adaptable approach when dealing with ambiguity and change
