As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients for long-term success. Acting as a consultative advisor, you'll understand customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver measurable value. Throughout, you'll represent Fusion5 with professionalism and help promote our brand as a partner of choice.
What you'll do
- Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and segment target markets.
- Develop and run sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing and business development.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and proactive support.
- Master product knowledge and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Maintain an organised CRM, track sales metrics, and generate reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring smooth handover to account management teams.

Required Skillset and Experience
- Proven experience in selling data solutions, developed on technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Ideally a working knowledge of Integration technology platforms
- Ability to articulate the business value of cloud data platforms and analytics solutions.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Managed sales cycles where data platform adoption was a prerequisite for scaling the deployment of AI solutions.
- Familiarity with licensing, pricing, and deployment models for Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Track record of building relationships with technical and business decision-makers.
- Ability to qualify opportunities, run discovery sessions, and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Experience collaborating with pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams to scope and price cloud data solutions.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape in cloud data and analytics.
