We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join our growing Project Management Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry‑leading specialists and play a key role in delivering large‑scale CRM and enterprise transformation projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be on the frontline of project delivery - building strong client relationships, leading cross‑functional teams, and ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across complex customer environments
- Partner closely with clients, including C‑suite stakeholders
- Drive strong governance, risk management, and change control
- Collaborate with the wider PMO to continuously improve delivery standards and methodology
- Champion high‑quality outcomes and client referenceability.
About you
You’re a clear and confident communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders. You bring a calm, pragmatic approach to complex situations, lead teams with clarity and purpose, and adapt easily to change. Highly organised and outcomes‑focused, you balance attention to detail with the ability to maintain momentum and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.
What you’ll bring
- Proven vendor‑side consulting and project management experience
- Full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation experience
- 5-6+ years delivering complex enterprise projects
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (PRINCE2 certification advantageous)
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
A proactive, detail‑focused approach with strong risk and change management capability
