We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs across enterprise clients. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
About you
You’re a seasoned program leader who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to transformation. With over a decade of experience in enterprise IT delivery, you’re confident setting up and driving multi-stream programs, even in ambiguous environments. You communicate effortlessly with executives, manage vendors and budgets with precision, and lead teams with empathy and structure. You’re passionate about delivering measurable outcomes and continuously improving how programs are run - both for clients and internally at Fusion5.
In this role, you will:
- Set up and lead complex transformation programs from strategy through to delivery and closure.
- Establish governance, frameworks, and delivery methodologies that bring clarity and consistency across Fusion5 teams.
- Drive execution across multiple projects, workstreams, and vendors — ensuring alignment, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Engage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating change.
- Champion continuous improvement, uplift delivery practices, and mentor project teams.
What you bring:
- 10 - 12+ years of program management experience, including enterprise IT transformation.
- Proven success delivering ERP/CRM implementations (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle), cloud migrations, or operating model transformations.
- Strong commercial acumen - from budgeting and forecasting to vendor management and benefits realisation.
- Exceptional communication skills - able to distil complexity for C-suite audiences and lead steering committees with confidence.
- Certifications in program management (PgMP, MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) and agile/hybrid delivery (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) are highly desirable.
