About the Role
As a Solution Architect, with a focus on manufacturing you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.
You're a trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value. You identify opportunities for innovation, support your peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
- Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
- Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
