About the Role
As a Solution Architect, with a focus on manufacturing you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.
You're a trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value. You identify opportunities for innovation, support your peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity sets you apart in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead solution design and architecture for new and existing clients, translating business needs into smart, scalable Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions aligned with best practices and fit-for-purpose principles.
- Evaluate business processes and requirements, lead workshops, and prepare and deliver project strategy and solution blueprint documents.
- Support pre-sales and sales activities, including responding to RFPs, scoping, costing, and building client confidence.
- Develop and deliver engaging demos and presentations that showcase the value of D365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Support project stakeholders, project managers and the project delivery teams.
- Stay hands-on and innovative—this role is about driving change and creating an impact.
What you bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in solution architecture or pre-sales with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Proven track record of 8+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Change implementations.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain integrations and customisations.
- Strong pre-sales experience with a proven ability to present and demonstrate solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MB330/MB335/MB700).
- Understanding of Microsoft’s Success by Design Framework.
- Ability to perform business analysis and develop functional and technical specifications.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
