We are on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager located in Sydney, to lead high-impact initiatives across diverse industries, working closely with executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
You will bring a client-focused approach, strategic thinking, and strong commercial awareness to every project. Engage and influence stakeholders with credibility and empathy, adapt confidently to change, and solve complex problems with analytical precision. Your leadership will foster collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement across teams and initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects across multiple programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and updates.
- Manage project economics including budgets, staffing, resources, risks, and contracting.
- Facilitate governance through formal Steering Committees and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the organisation.
- Foster a project culture of one team all working for the same value-based outcomes
What You'll Bring
You will bring programme and project leadership and executive governance to your projects. You bring a genuine interest in AI and how it can be used to help customers progress on their transformation journey, supported by Fusion5's clear strategy and capability. You're an accountable, personable leader who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and builds trust with both customers and teams while guiding projects through delivery.
You'll also bring:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs across business units (PRINCE2 an advantage).
- 5-6 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity concurrently.
- Strong vendor-side consulting, delivery, and project management experience.
- Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in multiple ERP projects (preferably Microsoft D365 / F&O).
- Proven ability to navigate the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of Retail and Commerce project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead and govern AI-enabled ERP implementations to enhance decision making, governance and project outcomes
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment.
- Great communication and team-building skills.
- Excellent Risk Management and Change Management capabilities.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Ability to adopt and drive different methodologies and tools.
- Experience with LCS and DevOps is an advantage.
- Results-focused mindset.
