We’re looking for two experienced Project Manager’s to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. We are looking for Project Managers who have proven track record of success in delivering large CRM projects.
We are passionate about ensuring our projects are successful and clients are referenceable. As a Fusion5 Project Manager you will be in the front line of creating that success. You will also be a member of our PMO team. Through the PMO you will be working with a network of incredibly capable Project Management professionals to identify and implement ongoing process improvement in our methodology and delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met
- Own project economics including budgets, forecasting, resourcing, risk, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Manage change, risks, dependencies, and governance with confidence
- Contribute to programme delivery, pre-sales activity, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Proven vendor side consulting, delivery and project management experience
- Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects is preferred)
- Holds at least 3 -5 years in Project Management; (PRINCE2 an advantage)
- Is Scrum Master Certified
- Agile experience implementing enterprise applications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project and SharePoint (preferrable)
- Organisational Change Management experience (an advantage)
- Experience successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with exceptional client facing communication and presentation skills
- Has excellent Risk Management and Stakeholder Management skills
- Is able to perform resource scheduling, budget tracking; and
- Has effective negotiation skills.
