The Opportunity
As a Solution Architect, you’ll partner with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and goals, translating complex requirements into practical, future-ready solution designs. You’ll play a key role in delivering measurable value, improving business performance, and driving digital transformation for our clients.
About you
You are a strategic thinker with expertise in solution design and architecture, business and customer focus, and innovation. You excel at problem-solving and analytical thinking, communicate with influence and clarity, and bring strong commercial awareness to every engagement. Your ability to collaborate across teams and leverage emerging technologies ensures you deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.
We need a strong player who brings the following:
- Strong previous CRM and Power Platform background with the capability to message the value proposition unique for each customer engagement and industry.
- Ability to quickly learn a customer’s business and applications complementary to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications to define, scope and specify solutions consistent with best practices and fit for purpose in the Power Platform.
- Experience delivering high quality customised presentations to C-Suite and subject matter experts, demonstrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform product features/benefits, helping customers understand how the solution will meet their needs.
- Proven ability to engage customers with strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Deep knowledge of how the Power Platform works, and which components are most suited to which purposes, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and the first party Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
- Deep knowledge on the standard integration capabilities of the Power Platform and the first party D365 CE applications.
- Ability to stay at the cutting edge of the Power Platform.
- Ability to write quality solution responses across all levels of detail, from sales proposals and RFI/RFP responses down to detailed designs for developers to execute on.
- Ability to draw concise diagrams to demonstrate and convey detailed technical designs to different types of audiences.
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investments.
You will have:
- 7+ years’ experience in solution consulting with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform or equivalent.
- Strong operational or technical background with the capability to operate at the highest level whilst understanding and influencing the detail.
- Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude and who will want to be a constant learner of new solutions and new release material.
- Understanding of the breadth of capability across the Microsoft suite of Business Applications, Azure Platform, and Modern Work.
- Ability to work with strong stakeholders, articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution architecture.
- Experience designing, developing, costing and integrating services/applications.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Understanding and desire to align to high-performing teams delivering across a variety of methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing design documents expressing complex architectures, including data models, solution blueprints, application landscapes, capability frameworks, and more.
It’ll help if you have:
- Experience in designs aligned to TOGAF or other architecture frameworks.
- Experience designing integrations with ERP systems, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations via dual-write.
- Experience working with a variety of integration platforms, such as Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc.
