We’re now looking for a Senior Managed Services Consultant - D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, with strong Advanced Warehousing experience, to join our Managed Services team in one of Fusion5’s Australian office locations. This role offers a highly flexible working environment and provides genuine work‑life balance.
What you’ll do
This role sits at the intersection of deep functional expertise, customer support, and continuous optimisation. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve supply chain performance. You will:
- Act as the escalation point for complex D365 F&O Supply Chain Management and Advanced Warehousing issues, diagnosing root causes and delivering sustainable functional and technical solutions.
- Manage support cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication within SLAs.
- Provide expert support across Supply Chain Management, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Landed Cost, and Licensing.
- Design and customise D365FO security roles, duties, and privileges aligned to best practice.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations, Electronic Reporting (ER), and Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Work closely with developers and architects on ISVs, extensions, and integration‑related challenges.
- Support LCS and PPAC administration activities.
- Identify recurring issues, system risks, or optimisation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Build trusted, long‑term customer relationships through confident, professional delivery.
What you’ll bring
- At least 6 years’ functional experience in Supply Chain Management and Advanced Warehousing expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Landed Cost, Licensing, and Security.
- Proven ability to design and customise D365FO security roles.
- Experience supporting integrations and Data Management Framework (DMF), with Electronic Reporting (ER) experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing D365 environments within PPAC/LCS (including backups, restores, and environment administration) (preferred).
- Basic project management experience, with an understanding of timelines and customer coordination (preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and confidence managing complex customer scenarios.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a managed services or consulting environment.
