About you
You’re a people‑focused change consultant with experience supporting technology‑led transformation. You apply change frameworks in a practical way, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy helping organisations adopt new ways of working. Curious, adaptable, and collaborative, you’re keen to grow your consulting skills and make a real impact through well‑delivered change.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering change management activities aligned to Fusion5’s OCM framework
- Deliver end-to-end training support for clients, including designing tailored training plans, developing learning materials, and facilitating engaging sessions to drive successful adoption
- Supporting large‑scale transformation programs across multiple industries
- Partnering with project managers, practice leaders, and clients to drive adoption
- Contributing to proposals, estimates, and presales activities
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Continuously improving our OCM methodologies, tools, and ways of working
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in organisational change management or consulting
- Experience working on technology or software-enabled change initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A structured approach to applying change frameworks and tools
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping people through change
- OCM certification or formal training (Prosci or similar) is highly regarded
