Shannon leads Fusion5’s AI capability, helping organisations understand and prepare for the impact of artificial intelligence across their people, processes and technology.
He also ensures Fusion5’s own AI adoption follows a trusted framework, applying the same ethical, legal and robust standards for both our business and our clients.
AI is maturing at extraordinary speed and changing how organisations operate. For businesses without deep internal AI capability, navigating that shift can be challenging. My role is to help leaders understand the real impact of AI and guide them toward practical, confident adoption.
Shannon began his career as a software developer, building tools and applications from the bottom up before moving into roles spanning product design, development and delivery. With more than 25 years in enterprise technology and over 15 years at Fusion5, he combines deep technical understanding with the ability to translate AI’s impact for business and technology leaders.
