Jaime leads our board strategy process, which sets our thesis for how we create value for our customers, partners, communities, employees, and shareholders, including M&A. Jaime also leads our Transformation Office which drives the execution of our strategy, ensuring disciplined execution.

Before joining Fusion5, Jaime spent 11 years with McKinsey & Company working across 20+ countries, advising CEOs and Boards across Europe, ANZ, Asia, and North America. Jaime has advised some of Europe and ANZ's largest companies in tech strategy and managed services growth. He has an exceptional track record of turning strategy into shareholder impact, linking growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency to sustainable performance.
