As one of Australia’s leading listed real estate investment trusts, Waypoint REIT manages a national portfolio of 395 fuel and convenience property assets with a lean, efficient team.

Fusion5 was selected as the external partner to provide IT support under its PartnerPlus model. The approach was straightforward and effective: a helpdesk when issues arose, hardware setup for new laptops, and remote management of the IT environment.

“Initially the focus was on stability, making sure core systems and daily operations ran smoothly,” recalls Aditya Asawa, CFO. “Fusion5 looked after everything from routers to laptops. If something stopped working, we’d raise a ticket, and it would get fixed. It was reliable, and it worked.”
