What You'll Do
- Lead customer workshops and envisioning sessions to identify opportunities for transformation with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
- Conduct business analysis to understand customer challenges and recommend Modern Work solutions that drive productivity and collaboration.
- Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Guide customers through onboarding and adoption journeys, ensuring successful change management and user engagement.
- Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and success metrics to measure business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
- Create compelling presentations, business cases, and solution proposals for customer executives and decision-makers.
- Champion Copilot readiness and adoption, helping customers prepare their data, processes, and people for AI-powered productivity.

- A passion for helping customers succeed with digital transformation and Modern Work solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities and their business value.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading change management and adoption initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
- Commitment to integrity, trust, and continuous learning.
