About You
You’re a confident Power Platform and Dynamics 365 developer who enjoys building practical, scalable solutions. You work well across the full development lifecycle, collaborate easily with others, and are keen to keep growing your skills in the Microsoft ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and customise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
- Customise Dynamics 365 CE components including entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows, plug-ins, and custom workflows
- Develop responsive, reusable components and user-friendly applications
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, Azure services, and custom connectors
- Manage solutions, deployments, and ALM activities
- Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure platform reliability
- Ensure best practices around security, governance, and compliance
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and data management
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, plugins, web resources, and CRM SDK
- Proven experience integrating systems and working with APIs
- Knowledge of environment management and ALM best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Pages or Power Virtual Agents
- Power BI reporting and dashboard experience
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Exposure to Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions
