Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer with 3–5 years of experience delivering enterprise business solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate. You’ll bring hands-on experience with C# plugins and business logic, TypeScript/JavaScript form customisations, PCF controls, Dataverse queries and workflow automation, with a focus on scalable solutions, secure data models, application lifecycle management, integrations and troubleshooting.

What you'll do

You’ll develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, working across Customer Service capabilities and related business systems. The role includes hands-on development, configuration, integration, deployment support and troubleshooting.

•     Develop and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using C#, plugins, Dataverse SDK, JavaScript, TypeScript and PCF.

•     Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities including Cases, Emails, Queues, Activities, Timelines, SLAs and model-driven applications.

•     Design and implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, lookups, forms, views, business rules and security roles.

•     Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and build workflow automation using Power Automate and Power Fx.

•     Develop and support integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs and other business systems; troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

Essential Experience

•     3–5 years of experience delivering enterprise business solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.

•     Hands-on development experience with C# plugins, business logic, Dataverse SDK, TypeScript/JavaScript customisations and PCF controls.

•     Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Cases, Emails, Queues, Activities, Timelines, SLAs and model-driven applications.

•     Knowledge of Dataverse data modelling, tables, relationships, lookups, forms, views, business rules, security roles, RBAC and FetchXML.

•     Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automating workflows with Power Automate and Power Fx.

•     Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including resolving issues across development and higher environments.

What you'll bring

You’ll bring practical development skills across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, along with a focus on secure, scalable and supportable solutions.

•     Experience supporting integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs and other business systems.

•     Understanding of solution-based ALM, including managed and unmanaged solutions and deployment practices.

•     Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI, Plugin Registration Tool and VS Code.

•     Working knowledge of C#, Dataverse SDK, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF, Power Fx, JSON, HTML and CSS.

•     Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to investigate issues and deliver reliable solutions.
