About the Role
In this role, you’ll coordinate and support the preparation, review, and submission of compelling, compliant bids and proposals. Working closely with sales, pre‑sales, and delivery teams, you’ll ensure every submission is accurate, professional, and aligned with client and procurement requirements.
About You
You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and thrive on working to deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders and take pride in producing clear, professional, and compelling documents. Comfortable juggling multiple bids at once, you’re proactive, adaptable, and confident supporting sales teams in a fast‑paced technology environment. You’re also curious about new tools and happy to use AI responsibly to improve quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end bid and proposal development activities
- Ensure compliance with RFP, RFQ, and tender requirements
- Format and quality‑check proposal documents (Word & PowerPoint)
- Maintain bid templates, content libraries, and case studies
- Monitor tender portals and share opportunities with key stakeholders
- Support client‑facing presentations and sales collateral
- Use approved AI tools to assist with content drafting within governance guidelines
Skills & Experience
- Experience in bid, proposal, or tender coordination (IT or professional services preferred)
- Strong written communication, editing, and document production skills
- Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Familiarity with procurement and tender processes
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content development
