We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic Business Analysts to join our Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney teams.
You will love this role if you are someone who enjoys engaging with customers, learning what drives their business success and using your insight to design and create outstanding solutions, all whilst providing strong thought leadership as you help customers transform their business. It’s a unique opportunity to architect solutions that drive real change in our customers’ businesses.
The role is for a capable strong Business Analysts who:
- Is experienced with latest Agile practices including DevOps / CICD and Scrum;
- Has strong discovery and analysis/design experience reviewing current and future state;
- Can deliver agile user stories, then work with product owners to prioritise & estimate product backlogs, and finally work in agile development teams to support completion of sprint work;
- Can model business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements;
- Can host workshops providing structure, and detailing specific outcomes and objectives to achieve project success criteria;
- Can provide informative, business-ready training for client stakeholders;
- Demonstrates experience in writing functional documentation;
- Has energy, enthusiasm and is driven, with the natural desire to achieve;
- Experienced in delivering CRM solutions to customers.
You will need:
- 5 years minimum in a similar client facing role;
- Strong communication skills to effectively work across internal teams and work with the customer at all levels;
- Experience in performing customer journey mapping;
- Strong customer service focus with a penchant for learning;
- Worked in the delivery of a Dynamics 365 solution would be desirable.
