Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth, and we are looking for Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join our exceptional Fusion5 family in either Melbourne (preferred), Sydney, or Brisbane. In return for your skills, you’ll join a team like no other!

We’re looking for a strong player who can:
- Love solving complex problems using the world’s best low-code business applications platform
- Provide development and integration expertise
- Work with the team to develop detailed designs, technical specifications and data models to meet customer requirements
- Design, test and deploy Power Platform solutions
- Work with other members of the technical team to deliver large projects
- Communicate effectively with customers at all levels
The successful candidate will have some of the following:
- Ability to think programmatically through problems, understanding platform constraints to get to the most effective solution in an efficient way
- Drive to learn new systems, technologies, and ways of approaching problems using the patterns and solutions to hand
- Experience across the Power Platform stack including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Copilot Studio
- Technical knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including development of Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources, PCF Components and Dataverse Customizations
- Experience with writing automated test suites for Power Platform components
- Experience with Microsoft technologies an advantage including .NET, C#, SQL, SSIS and SSRS
- Experience with web development is also an advantage, including HTML, CSS, and TS/JS
- Understanding of modern web development stacks such as React, Angular, and Node-based servers is also beneficial
- Microsoft Azure experience including but not limited to; App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid
- Microsoft technical certifications (Power Platform/ Dynamics 365 CE)
- Project delivery experience as part of Agile and Waterfall based teams with analysts, functional consultants, testers, project managers, and architects
- Ability to address/rationalise application issues and understand the technologies supporting the application
- Excellent documentation skills including developing functional and technical specifications
- Drive to rapidly deliver value to customers through complex Power Platform and Dynamics CRM implementations
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems desirable.
