Join our innovation and Integration team here at Fusion5 and become a vital part of revolutionising the integration landscape with innovation and expertise. As an Integration Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our integration delivery for our customers.
Your experience in analysing, documenting, and communicating integration requirements will be a fantastic addition to the team. You will assist us in bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and technical solutions. You will have the ability to collaborate across all aspects of our business. Your insights and analysis will influence our project deliverables and add to its current success.
What you will be responsible for:
- Analysing, documenting, optimising, and validating the current and future state of business processes across various business and industries
- Collaborating with end users, and stakeholders to identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with our technical team, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable integrations
- Liaising with the customer when process clarification or alteration may be required during the project.
- Providing ongoing support for integration solutions, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
Skills you will bring:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in the grey
- Understanding of integration principles
- Understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and systems to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams
- Experience with tools like Azure Logic Apps, AWS, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar
- Self-starter with confidence and compassion
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Skill in prioritising requirements based on business value, urgency, and feasibility to ensure efficient delivery
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices, including user stories, sprints, and scrum ceremonies, to support Agile project delivery
- Experience in modelling and documenting business processes using techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
