Rebekah leads Fusion5’s People and Culture function, bringing together the teams and initiatives that shape the full employee experience – from how we attract and hire great people, to how we support, develop and grow them throughout their careers with Fusion5.
The world of work is changing quickly and the skills we need are evolving with it. Rebekah has spent two decades at Fusion5, starting her career as a JD Edwards technical consultant before moving into client leadership roles and establishing Fusion5’s Customer Success function. That journey gives her a unique perspective on the people, skills and culture needed to support a growing technology organisation.
