The Business Redesign Imperative 2026 prize draw

Full terms and conditions

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Oura Ring 5 prize draw (“Prize Draw”) and the Business Redesign and Readiness workshop. (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any submission that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.

Prize Draws and Competitions (“Promotions”) are organised and managed by Fusion5 Pty Ltd located at Suite 2 Level 43, 360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 (ABN 12 109 506 970).

Four separate Business Redesign Imperative events will be held in Melbourne on 25 August 2026, in Sydney on 27 August 2026, in Wellington on 8 September 2026 and in Auckland on 15 September 2026.

There will be one (1) Prize Draw winner and one (1) Competition winner for each Business Redesign Imperative event.

5. Entry to the Promotions is free and is only open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

1. 1. are aged 18 years or over;
  2. are registered attendees of the applicable Business Redesign Imperative event (“Event”); and
  3. complete and submit the event feedback survey which is accessible via a QR code at the relevant event venue.

6. As part of the event feedback survey, Fusion5 will collect the following information from each entrant:

1. 1. Name;
  2. Contact details;
  3. Organisation name; and
  4. Feedback on the Event attended

Entries to each Prize Draw commence at 12:30pm (local time) and close at 13:50 (local time) on the day of the Event the entrant is attending.

For each Prize Draw, valid entries will go into random draw which will take place at 13:55 (local time) on the same day and at the relevant Event venue. One (1) winner will be announced live at each Prize Draw.

Winners of the Prize Draws must be physically present at the relevant venue at the time the winner is announced.

The first valid entry drawn in each Prize Draw will receive one (1) Oura Ring 5 with an approximate retail value of $670 AUD (“Prize”). The Prize consists of the physical Oura Ring 5 only and does not include any optional subscriptions, accessories, services or insurance.

The Prize must be taken by the winner at the time the announcement is made at the relevant Event. If the winner is not physically present at the venue at the time the winner is announced, the Prize will be forfeited and Fusion5 will redraw.

Entries to each Competition open at 12:30pm (local time) and close at 13:50 (local time) on the day of the relevant Event the entrant is attending.

Selection of winners will take place at Fusion5, Suite 2 Level 43, 360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 within five (5) business days of each Event. Entries will be considered based on the entrant’s current level of AI maturity.

One (1) winner will be selected for each Competition conducted in each Event location.

Each winner will win a two-hour Business Redesign and Readiness Workshop (“Package”) with an estimated value of $5,000 AUD.

Winners will be notified by email and must confirm acceptance of the Package within three (3) business days of notification.

If a winner does not accept the Package within three (3) business days, the Package will be forfeited and Fusion5 will select a new winner.

Fusion5 reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any entrant who has breached these Terms and Conditions.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Fusion5 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize or Package are not included.

The Prize and Package are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. They must be taken as offered.

If the Prize or Package becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Fusion5’s reasonable control, Fusion5 may substitute the Prize or Package with another prize of equal or greater value.

Entrants consent to Fusion5 using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotions (including any outcome), and promoting any products distributed and/or services supplied by Fusion5.

If the Promotions are interfered with in any way or are not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Fusion5, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Fusion5 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotions, as appropriate.
