Fusion5 is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specialising in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain to join our Australian practice, with opportunities across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

You're a natural storyteller who can make technology feel relevant, tangible, and exciting to any audience. And when things get complex competing priorities, tight timelines, tricky stakeholders you stay calm, think strategically, and find a way through.
- Lead the end-to-end design of innovative, scalable, and secure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions tailored to client business needs practical, future-ready, and aligned with best practice
- Evaluate business processes, lead discovery workshops, and prepare and deliver project strategy and solution blueprint documents
- Support pre-sales and sales activities including responding to RFPs, scoping, costing, and building client confidence from first conversation through to close
- Develop and deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase the real value of D365 Finance & Supply Chain to business and technical audiences alike
- Act as the primary technical contact during pre-sales and solutioning, building trusted advisor relationships with executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or reimagine client business processes through technology
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and automation and advise clients on how to gain competitive advantage
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data privacy requirements, and mitigate risk through sound governance
- Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure smooth handover, solution continuity, and integrity post-sale
What you'll bring
You're a well-established Solution Architect not someone looking to use this as a steppingstone. You've spent years at the intersection of business and technology, and you know how to turn a client's strategic goals into a solution that actually gets delivered. You bring deep Dynamics 365 Supply Chain expertise, strong pre-sales instincts, and the credibility to influence at senior levels.
- 7+ years' experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within IT or business transformation with 6+ years specifically across Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
- A proven track record of 8+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations
- Proven experience managing the full pre-sales lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, presentations, and RFP responses
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain integrations and customisations
- Demonstrated success engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making through business-aligned solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across all levels
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MB330 / MB335 / MB700)
- Understanding of Microsoft's Success by Design Framework
- Ability to perform business analysis and develop functional and technical specifications
- Willingness to travel regularly
