What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects across multiple programs and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and updates.
- Manage project economics, including budgets, staffing, resources, risks, and contracting.
- Facilitate governance through formal Steering Committees and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Drive change management and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the organisation.
Adaptability and resilience are essential, enabling you to lead through change and uncertainty. With a sharp analytical approach to problem-solving, you balance strategic goals with operational realities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. You'll also bring:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs across business units.
- 5-6 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity concurrently.
- Strong vendor-side consulting, delivery, and project management experience. - Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in multiple ERP projects (preferably Microsoft D365 / F&O).
- Proven ability to navigate the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of Microsoft D365 / F&O project delivery
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment.
- Great communication and team-building skills.
- Excellent Risk Management and Change Management capabilities.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Ability to adopt and drive different methodologies and tools.
- Experience with LCS and DevOps is an advantage.
