We’re now looking for a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant to join our high-performing Microsoft practice and play a key role in delivering and supporting complex ERP solutions for our customers.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll bring deep functional D365FO expertise and hands-on delivery experience to support, optimise, and enhance ERP environments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, resolve complex issues, and help drive adoption and continuous improvement across a wide range of modules.
You’ll work across support, projects, and enhancements, collaborating with customers, developers, and delivery teams locally and offshore.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as an escalation point for complex D365FO functional and technical issues
- Troubleshoot, investigate root causes, and deliver timely, high-quality solutions
- Provide training, onboarding, and best-practice guidance to users
- Configure and administer security roles, workflows, LCS, and PPAC
- Support electronic reporting, data management, and integrations
- Build strong, trusted client relationships through proactive communication
- Identify optimisation opportunities and support enhancements end-to-end
- Contribute to Agile project delivery and work across distributed teams
You’ll bring experience across multiple D365FO modules, such as:
- Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets)
- Sales, Procurement & Supply Chain
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Production & Manufacturing
- HR
- Landed Cost, Licensing, and Security
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Full lifecycle implementation and support experience
- Background across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or trade
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, LCS, PPAC, ER, DMF, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments and with scrum teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
