Taruon leads Fusion5’s Delivery and Operations function across Australia and New Zealand, bringing together the teams responsible for professional services delivery, internal technology, security and operational capability.

As organisations grow and adapt to the influence of AI, delivering high-value services and support becomes more complex. My focus is bringing the right structure, tools and ways of working together so we can deliver for clients in a consistent, high-quality way as they and we continue to grow.

As technology services continue to evolve, his focus is on ensuring Fusion5 is structured to deliver capability, support and outcomes in a more connected, scalable and responsive way for clients.

Taruon brings more than 25 years of experience from Capgemini and Accenture, where he led large-scale delivery and operations functions across complex technology environments.
