If recruitment is your thing, you love the thrill of finding the right person, and you're always thinking about how things could be done better, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join Fusion5 and support recruitment across New Zealand and Australia. You'll own recruitment from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers, creating engaging adverts, sourcing great talent, managing the candidate journey and building pipelines for what's coming next.

You'll also have plenty of opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, get involved in recruitment projects and help us continually improve the way we attract and hire great people.

**What you'll be doing**

- Manage recruitment across New Zealand and Australia
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape the go-to-market approach
- Create engaging job adverts and market roles across LinkedIn, SEEK, JobAdder and Fusion5 career channels
- Review applications and identify strong candidates for hiring manager consideration
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
- Build and nurture talent pools and pipelines of passive candidates
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Support internal Expressions of Interest and employee referrals
- Build positive relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment projects, initiatives and process improvements.

You're a people person at heart who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and building strong relationships. You're friendly, approachable and confident, with a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels. You're proactive, organised and adaptable, and you're comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment. Most importantly, you're a team player who's always willing to help, brings a positive attitude and takes pride in creating a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

**What you bring**

- 2-3+ years proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally within professional services or technology
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source and engage candidates
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Ability to create engaging job adverts and candidate attraction campaigns
- Experience building talent pools and proactive candidate pipelines
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and changing priorities across Australia and New Zealand.
