**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Support Consultant to join our Wellington team, working across our Jemini platform. If you're passionate about payroll, HR, and tech, and keen to grow your career, this is a great opportunity.

Jemini is a modern, web-based HR and payroll platform, used by a wide range of clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality support and solutions to diverse businesses.

This Level 1 role involves working with different systems and clients, so adaptability and a quick learning mindset are key. You’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment - no two days are the same!

**What You’ll Do**

- Provide expert assistance to customers, helping them use our products and services effectively
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring swift and accurate resolution
- Offer clear guidance and best-practice recommendations to optimise product usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and improve product quality
- Ensure every client interaction results in a positive support experience
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality support.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Experience in payroll, HR, or support roles
- A knack for learning new systems quickly
- Experience in consulting or customer support (at least 3 years’ application experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective peer relationships.

**Nice to have:**

- Knowledge of NZ or AU payroll
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Halo.
