- Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and delivery confidence
- Own project governance, including steering committee facilitation, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
- Manage full project economics, including budgets, resourcing, subcontractors, risks, and commercial outcomes

- Contribute to the ongoing maturity and consistency of delivery across the wider Dynamics 365 practice

**What You'll Bring**
You'll remain calm under pressure and bring credibility and a genuine passion for delivering outcomes that matter. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy navigating competing priorities, and are energised by leading multidisciplinary teams through challenging transformation journeys.

- 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale, complex projects within professional services or consulting environments
- Strong experience leading ERP or enterprise technology projects, with exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, or comparable platforms
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, margins, and financial reporting
- Strong grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the judgement to apply the right approach for the context
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery detail into clear, business-focused insights
- A calm, structured, and proactive approach to risk, issue, and dependency management
- Relevant tertiary qualification and project management certifications (desired but not essential)

We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels engaged, challenged, and empowered to succeed. Our collaborative and supportive culture means you'll be surrounded by enthusiastic, highly skilled colleagues who genuinely love working together and celebrating each other's achievements. You'll enjoy:

- Flexible work arrangements and a genuine focus on work-life balance
- Birthday leave, volunteer days, and regular social events
- Opportunities for professional growth with clear development plans

We're committed to helping our people learn, grow and thrive. We'd encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement.
