Fusion5 is looking for an **AOC Operator** to join our growing **Agent Operations Centre (AOC)** and help customers operate AI agents with confidence.

**The Opportunity**

AI agents are becoming part of everyday business, and keeping them reliable, secure, and effective requires talented people who can investigate issues, understand business impact, and make smart engineering decisions.

As an AOC Operator, you'll sit at the intersection of **AI operations, engineering, and customer outcomes**, helping diagnose production issues, improve system performance, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of AI solutions in production environments.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Investigating issues across AI agents, APIs, integrations, and cloud services
- Identifying root causes and driving incidents through to resolution
- Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
- Implementing controlled operational improvements and changes
- Building scripts, automations, and tooling to improve efficiency
- Contributing to product enhancements alongside engineering teams
- Developing runbooks, documentation, and operational best practices
- Protecting customer trust through strong security and governance practices

**About You**

You're a curious and proactive problem solver who enjoys investigating complex technical challenges and turning insights into practical solutions. With experience across software, cloud, or AI technologies, you're comfortable working with code, APIs, and automation, and can clearly communicate technical concepts to a range of audiences. Most importantly, you're excited by AI and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You will bring:

- A mix of technical capability, curiosity, and operational judgement, including:
- Experience troubleshooting software, cloud, or integrated business systems
- Exposure to building, supporting, integrating, or debugging AI/LLM-based applications
- Confidence working with code (Python, JavaScript, APIs, structured data)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- A proactive mindset and desire to continually improve systems and processes
- Experience with **Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, observability platforms, service management tools, or cloud optimisation** will be highly regarded.
