Just as well Fusion5 were at hand to help SIXT make the move to NetSuite. General Manager of Finance at SIXT Stephanie McMullen led the charge on this project, ensuring that NetSuite would provide the right level of view and functionality for the complex multi-location business. Stephanie says, In July 2023 we implemented NetSuite, and Fusion5 supported us in delivering that project. The thing that really resonated with me around the support that Fusion5 gave us was the change management piece, which is always such a massive part of implementing a system like NetSuite. Knowing that transitioning from legacy systems to a fully-integrated ERP would require a tailored approach, Fusion5 recommended a hybrid strategy that would see a smooth implementation and a fostering of the internal expertise needed to support the system long-term. As Stephanie explains, We were able to bring one of our team members into the project who had no change management experience. \[Fusion5\] mentored him and trained him so that he had change management expertise and was able to support and work with Fusion5 in the change management aspects of our rollout.
