# Technical Consultant - D365 Business Central

As a Microsoft Inner Circle member for six years running, we're experiencing ongoing growth in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. We're looking for an experienced and highly competent Developer (Technical Consultant) to join our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne team - someone who can hit the ground running and help us continue to drive ongoing success for our customers.

**What you'll be doing**

- Configure, develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV solutions across all functional areas
- Own end-to-end technical solution delivery, from documentation through to deployment
- Apply strong C/AL and AL experience, including automated testing, across the full software development lifecycle
- Extend Business Central's capability using ISV solutions and, where relevant, Power Apps, Power Automate and Logic Apps
- Manage conflicting priorities and project-driven milestones in a fast-paced, professional services environment

- Experience configuring, developing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV through all functional areas
- Complete understanding of the full SDLC
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
- Strong C/AL and AL experience with automated testing
- Experience with source control systems - git, including branching, branch security and pull/merge requests
- Experience with agentic development using GitHub Copilot or other tools (Claude Code, etc.)
- Experience working in a professional services environment

**Desirable**

- Experience with ISV solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with Logic Apps
- Experience with automated testing in AL Language, including TestPage and TestHandlers logic
- Experience with Word layouts, Word layout structure and design best practices
- Experience with CI/CD process in AL - automated testing, builds and deployments
