# Sales Executive - ERP

We're now looking for a sales professional who sees where this is heading - someone who can articulate what intelligent ERP means for a CFO wrestling with manual processes, a COO trying to scale operations, or a founder outgrowing their first-generation systems. Not a product pitch. A genuine conversation about business transformation powered by AI, automation and real-time intelligence.

**What you'll do**
You'll play a key role in driving new business and building trusted client relationships to position Fusion5 as a long‑term transformation partner of choice. You will:

- Drive new business and revenue growth across Fusion5's NetSuite (ERP) transformation and AI offerings.
- Own the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, close and handover
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges and ERP requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong, well‑managed pipeline, supported by data‑driven insights
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities, including presentations, proposals and RFP responses
- Stay close to market trends, competitor offerings and evolving ERP landscapes

**What you'll bring**
You'll bring strong ERP sales experience, with the confidence and capability to own outcomes and help shape the future of ERP‑led transformation. You'll have: 

- Proven experience selling ERP solutions and professional services in a client‑facing role
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within technology or professional services
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to clearly link solutions to tangible business outcomes
- A customer‑centric approach, focused on building long‑term partnerships rather than one‑off transactions
- A forward‑thinking, AI‑first perspective, with curiosity around how emerging technologies, data and automation are shaping the future of ERP‑led transformation
- Exposure to NetSuite (highly desirable, but not mandatory)
