At Fusion5, we’re growing - and we’re looking for a high-performing, commercially driven Sales Executive to help us expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint across Australia. This is a role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong networks, and owning the full sales lifecycle.

The successful candidate will ensure we continue to drive ERP, CRM and AI sales to organisations across various industries including (but not exclusively) Manufacturing, FMCG, Wholesale Distribution, and Asset Intensive organisations.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft sales professional with a proven track record in achieving targets whilst considering your personal reputation for successful customer engagements. You will be deeply imbedded in the local business networks and ready to be an advocate for the Fusion5 and Microsoft brands.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Ability to hunt new prospects, leverage your network and generate opportunities from your connections
- Adept at executing sales opportunities from qualification to leads through to signed deals across a myriad of solution partners with high energy, dedication and focus on meeting your target
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Ability to engage at c-level within prospect organisations
- Using a consultative approach to selling solutions and services in a long-term complex solution sales process
- Leverage your network of contacts at Microsoft to help find new opportunities and co-sell
- Working with our business development team in demand generation and campaign activities, generating and qualifying leads and opportunities
- Working closely with our vendors to build strong relationships, uncover opportunities and close them together
- Being able to work well within a team and to travel within Australia, as required.

**The successful applicant will:**

- Have an experienced track record with cloud solution selling with Microsoft, or similar enterprise solutions
- Demonstrate proven sales success with mid-market and enterprise organisations (an advantage)
- Have extensive experience in business software selling, primarily in ERP, CRM or AI solutions, with the networks to support this
- Be a self-starter with the hunger to achieve results autonomously
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with a professional consultative approach
- Have strong business acumen and present well
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.
