Join Fusion5 as a Functional Consultant and play a key role in shaping and delivering Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that make a real difference for our clients.

We have a very successful track record in delivering Microsoft solutions out of our award-winning practice, and we’ve been a member of the Microsoft Inner Circle since 2017. As part of the Inner Circle we’re called upon to contribute to Microsoft’s own business applications strategy and the aspects that impact partners like us.

**About you**

You will love this role if you are someone who enjoys engaging and supporting customers, learning what drives their business success and using your insight to improve their service delivery, all whilst providing strong thought leadership as you help customers and team members achieve their goals. **We need a strong player who:**

- Has excellent customer service skills
- Has experience in working in a professional services environment
- Is engaging and able to collaborate with customers and team members
- Is able to support fellow team members
- Can provide informative, business-ready training for clients
- Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage conflicting priorities and cope with a constantly changing landscape
- Has a can-do attitude, willingness to perform as part of a team and get things done
- Has strong experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

**You will be energetic and have the following:**

- 1 – 2 years minimum experience in a similar client facing role
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- The ability to address/rationalise application issues/priorities and understand the technologies supporting the application
- The ability to provide application training, for both external and internal parties
- The ability to perform business analyst functions including developing user stories and related documentation
- The ability to configure Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate level including – form customisations, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps
- The ability to coalesce multiple requirements into a data model at a conceptual and logical level
- A strong customer service focus with a penchant for learning.
