Our Transformation & Advisory practice is focused on helping clients navigate strategic, operational, and technological change, delivering innovative solutions that enable growth, efficiency, and long-term success. We are seeking a Transformation and Advisory Practice Manager to join our team and lead our ANZ team’s efforts in delivering high-impact consulting services to clients across various industries.
You will drive the success and expansion of our Transformation and Advisory services, working internally and with our prospects and clients to frame transformation and advisory services and programs that are aligned to deliver great outcomes to our clients. Specifically:
- Provide thought leadership to our clients in all Fusion5 business transformation and advisory service-related areas
- Provide leadership to our people to ensure they are engaged and successful in their delivery and career development
- Manage commercial success of the team from proposals through to delivery
- Drive strategy of the practice in conjunction with the General Manager and senior team members
- Manage successful collaboration with all other areas of Fusion5’s business to ensure programs of work are commercially framed and managed for success.
About You & What You'll Bring
We are excited at the opportunity to welcome you into our team and our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial and leadership experience within a Transformation Advisory practice.
Key capabilities that will help you succeed in the role:
- 8-10 years in a leadership role with several direct reports
- 5 - 8 years minimum in a similar practice-building role related to consulting and transformation services
- Consulting experience and background
- Management and delivery experience and/or deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Business Change Consulting, Program Management, Governance and Quality/Testing services
- Commercially sound/profitable practice development and management
- The ability to provide thought leadership to large enterprise / corporate clients
- The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels
- Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and vision to a growing team of highly skilled professionals in a fast-changing environment
- While no formal qualifications are required, proven experience and understanding of Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, OCM, Testing, Business Analysis and EPM/Enterprise Program methodologies is necessary to succeed in this role.
