# AI Process Transformation Consultant

At Fusion5, we’re looking for an AI Process Transformation Consultant who can bring together business process thinking, operating model design and emerging AI capabilities to help customers transform how they work.

You’ll lead discovery and process redesign conversations, identify where generative AI, agentic AI and automation can create genuine business value, and translate those opportunities into clear future-state processes and requirements that our technical teams can bring to life.

**What you’ll be doing**

- Lead customer discovery and process redesign workshops.
- Analyse end-to-end workflows, pain points, decisions, hand-offs and opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state processes showing how people, AI agents, automation, data and systems work together.
- Identify and shape high-value AI and agentic use cases.
- Define user journeys, agent responsibilities, business rules, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with AI architects, engineers, Power Platform consultants, data specialists and change practitioners.
- Support prototypes, proofs of concept, pilots and adoption planning.
- Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, roadmaps and estimates.

**About you**

You’re an experienced business transformation or process consultant who can take complex, ambiguous business challenges and turn them into practical, implementable solutions. You’re comfortable facilitating workshops, influencing senior stakeholders and working alongside technical teams, and you understand where AI can add real value, as well as when process simplification or conventional automation may be the better answer.

**Skills & experience**

We’re looking for someone with:

- 5+ years’ experience across business transformation, business analysis, process consulting, service design, operating model design or a related consulting discipline.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign, including current and future-state mapping.
- Experience translating complex cross-functional processes into clear business requirements.
- Exposure to AI, automation, digital or data-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working alongside solution architects, engineers, data teams and platform specialists.
- An understanding of generative AI and agentic AI and technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI services.
- The ability to understand and challenge technical architecture at a conceptual level without needing to be the hands-on solution architect.
